Meditation

I am a practitioner and fully qualified teacher of Chinese Zen meditation. In 2000 I received Dharma Transmission from the late Chan Master Sheng Yen of Dharma Drum Mountain.

I am a founder member of the Western Chan Fellowship, the Secretary of the charity since it was founded in 1997, becoming Guiding Teacher in 2011.

I lead residential Zen retreats for the Western Chan Fellowship and also at Gaia House and some other venues in UK, Europe, and USA, and also at our local Chan meditation group in Manchester.
